Colorado Personnel Resources, Inc. (CPR, Inc.) has been assisting Prowers Medical Center with our Anesthesia needs since 2002.  Michael Grube and his staff initially began providing CRNAs to our facility on a locum tenen basis.  They are currently performing management services related to our anesthesia coverage needs.

Prowers Medical Center is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located on the southeastern plains in rural Colorado.  This remote location plays a significant factor in our inability to recruit healthcare professionals to our area.  Our experience in searching for anesthesia coverage has always been a frustrating and difficult task.  However, utilizing the services offered through CPR, Inc. makes the task a much easier process.
