CPR, Inc. was founded in 2002 in the Denver Colorado area as a family owned anesthesia staffing business.  Over the years CPR, Inc. has grown into a well respected national full-service placement firm for locum tenens and full time CRNAs and MDAs.  From day one our focus has been to provide outstanding healthcare professionals to medical facilities with a personal touch.  We are there for you day or night!

CPR, Inc. has developed strong working relationships with medical facilities throughout the country and with these firmly established relationships and trust we have evolved into an anesthesia management group. This has also allowed CPR, Inc. to grow our anesthesia provider placement division.

Mike Grube Sr., one of the founders of CPR, Inc. leads the company with the same dedication that he brought to the nuclear field for over 30 years.  Mike has a strong background in business management including an MBA in Marketing.  Mike’s vision for CPR, Inc. is that of sustained controlled growth while providing excellence and integrity in the service CPR, Inc. provides.  

Michael L Grube II
COO, CPR, Inc.

Michael L. Grube II, one of the owners of CPR, Inc. leads the operations and sales divisions. Michael is responsible for CPR, Inc.’s growth and upholding their valuable reputation.  Prior to entering the anesthesia staffing and management field, he worked in the capital medical equipment industry.  Michael assisted with the start up of CPR, Inc. in 2002 and has been dedicated to CPR, Inc’s success from day one!  Michael is proud to be a part of such a dedicated team that continually strives to succeed in the anesthesia staffing arena. 

Ami Grube
CFO, CPR, Inc.
Owner, CPR Medical Billing, Inc.

Ami Grube oversees the financial well being of the company.  She brings to CPR, Inc. her valuable accounting and management skills.  Since her involvement with CPR, Inc. she has assisted with the implementation of various business strategies which have resulted in significant growth for CPR, Inc.  Ami also owns and manages an affiliate company, CPR Medical Billing, Inc. which provides medical billing to anesthesia providers and groups nationwide.  Ami is always looking for expansion opportunities for both CPR, Inc. and CPR Medical Billing, Inc.

Mark Zeigler

Mark Zeigler brings to CPR, Inc. his recruiting background that began in 1991. His experience includes recruiting for a variety of positions, division start-ups, operations development and numerous leadership roles all within the healthcare field.  He understands that in this industry, one's reputation means the difference between success and failure and as such is in alignment with CPR, Inc’s commitment to do the right thing, everytime!
